Lite Studio FAQ

Below you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions about studio bookings, session planning and payments.

How do I book a session at Lite Studio? You can book online using our calendar — just choose your date and time. You’ll receive a confirmation email after booking.

Please note: full prepayment is required to confirm your booking.
Can I come and see the studio before booking? Absolutely — you’re very welcome to visit the studio before booking.

However, please make sure to arrange your visit in advance. The studio is not always staffed, and we may have clients on-site, in which case viewings are not possible.

Just get in touch with us here to schedule a convenient time — we’ll be happy to show you around!
Can I arrive early to prepare before my booked session? Unfortunately, early access to the studio is not permitted. Your booking time includes all setup, preparation, shooting, and packing up.

Please make sure to plan accordingly and arrive no earlier than your scheduled start time, as we may have other sessions before yours.
What’s your cancellation and rescheduling policy? All studio reservations require full prepayment to confirm the booking.

Cancellation: You may cancel up to 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session with at least 72 hours’ notice.
Can I bring a makeup artist or stylist? Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own makeup artist or stylist — we provide a dedicated preparation area with a large mirror, professional lighting, and plenty of space to get ready.

The prep area is well-lit with both natural light and built-in makeup lighting around the mirror, ideal for detailed beauty work.

Please note: all preparation must take place within your booked session time. Early access to the studio before your slot is not permitted.
Is parking available? Yes — free on-site parking is available right outside the studio.
Do you have a lift on site? No, unfortunately there is no lift available at the studio. Please note that the studio is located on the first floor and is only accessible via stairs.
Do you provide studio lighting equipment? Yes, the studio comes fully equipped with a wide range of professional lighting gear, included in the rental price — no extra charges.

We offer both flash lighting and continuous LED lights, suitable for photography and video. The studio includes:

– Godox DP800III-V flash heads – ideal for portrait, fashion, and product photography
– Godox SL200III Bi and SL-150W – high-quality LED lights with adjustable colour temperature and accurate colour rendering

All lights support wireless control and are set up for easy, plug-and-play use.
Are props included in the studio hire? Yes! A wide selection of props is available and included in your studio rental at no extra cost. You’ll find a mix of modern chairs, stools, cube blocks, fabrics, decorative items, and more — all designed to complement different shooting styles and moods.

You’re welcome to move and combine props during your session to create unique setups that match your vision.
Can I use a smoke machine during my session? Unfortunately, no — smoke machines are not allowed in the studio. The building is equipped with active smoke alarms that cannot be disabled, and using haze or smoke may trigger the fire safety system.

We recommend exploring creative alternatives such as fabrics, lighting effects, or fog overlays in post-production.
Are pets allowed in the studio? Yes, pets are welcome at Lite Studio! We love working with animals, but we kindly ask that they remain under control at all times and that no damage is caused to the studio, furniture, or equipment.

If you’re planning to bring a pet, please let us know in advance so we can prepare the space accordingly.
Can I bring or order food during my session? Yes, you can bring or order food and drinks, but they are only allowed in the changing room area. This helps keep the shooting space clean and protects the equipment from damage.

If you’re planning a longer session and need a break, feel free to use the designated area for refreshments.
What is the maximum number of people allowed in the studio? The studio can accommodate up to 10 people at a time, including the booking client, models, crew, and any guests.

The person who made the booking is responsible for ensuring that all guests follow studio rules. If you plan to bring more than 10 people, please contact us in advance for approval.
