01 How do I book a session at Lite Studio?
You can book online using our booking calendar . Choose your preferred date, start time and booking duration. You’ll receive a confirmation email after completing your booking.
Full prepayment is required to confirm your booking.
02 Can I visit the studio before booking?
Yes, you’re welcome to arrange a studio viewing before booking. Viewings must be arranged in advance because the studio is not always staffed and visits are not possible while another client is using the space.
03 Can I arrive early to prepare?
No. Early access is not available. Your booked time must include setup, preparation, shooting and packing up.
Please arrive no earlier than your scheduled start time, as another client may be using the studio before your booking.
04 What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
All studio bookings require full prepayment.
Cancellation: Cancel at least seven days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than seven days’ notice are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice.
05 Can I bring a makeup artist or stylist?
Yes. The studio has a dedicated preparation area with a large mirror, natural light and built-in makeup lighting.
All makeup, styling and preparation must take place within your booked time.
06 Is free parking available?
Yes. Free on-site parking is available directly outside the studio building.
07 Is there a lift at the studio?
No. Lite Studio is located on the first floor and is accessible only by stairs.
08 Do you provide studio lighting equipment?
Yes. Professional flash and continuous LED lighting are included with studio hire at no additional charge.

09 Are props included with studio hire?
Yes. Selected chairs, stools, cube blocks, fabrics, decorative pieces and other props are included at no additional charge.
Props and furniture may change over time. If your shoot requires a particular item, please confirm availability before booking.
10 Can I use a smoke machine?
No. Smoke and haze machines are not allowed. The building has active smoke alarms that cannot be disabled.
Consider using fabric, lighting effects or fog overlays in post-production instead.
11 Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets are welcome but must remain under control at all times. The booking client is responsible for preventing damage to the studio, furniture and equipment.
Please let us know in advance if you intend to bring an animal.
12 Can I bring or order food?
Yes. Food and drinks are allowed only in the designated changing-room area. This helps protect the shooting space and studio equipment.
13 What is the maximum studio capacity?
The studio can accommodate up to 10 people, including the client, models, crew and guests.
If you intend to bring more than 10 people, please contact us in advance for approval. The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all guests follow the studio rules.
