- Booking Duration: The minimum booking time is 1 hour, including setup and takedown. We recommend reserving at least 10 minutes at the end of your session to pack up and leave the space as you found it.
- Late Arrivals and Overtime: Arriving late does not extend your booking time. Additional time beyond the scheduled period will be charged at the standard hourly rate, depending on availability.
- Guests: The booking client is responsible for ensuring that all guests follow studio rules. A maximum of 10 people is allowed in the studio at a time.
- Pets: Pets are allowed, but must be supervised and should not disrupt the session.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
- Prepayment Required: All studio reservations require prepayment to secure the booking.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to qualify for a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice.
- Rescheduling: Bookings may be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice before the scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made later than that may not be accommodated.
EQUIPMENT AND STUDIO USE
- Treat Equipment with Care: Please handle all equipment as if it were your own. Report any technical issues or damages immediately.
- Noise & Music: Please be respectful of the other businesses located in the building. Music is welcome, but it must be kept at a reasonable volume at all times. Excessively loud music, shouting, or any unnecessary noise that may disturb neighbouring businesses is not permitted. If you’re planning a louder production (e.g. music videos or performances), please book an evening or weekend slot whenever possible.
- Smoke Machines: Smoke, haze, fog machines, dry ice effects, or any other devices that produce smoke or airborne particles are not permitted anywhere in the studio.
- Food and Drink: Allowed only in the changing room to keep the set area clean and equipment safe.
- Leave the Studio as You Found It: The studio should be left in its original condition. A cleaning fee may apply if additional cleanup is required.
- Report Accidents Honestly: Accidents happen — please be transparent about any damages so we can address them appropriately.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
- Client Responsibility: The client is fully responsible for all activities, equipment, and individuals present during the booking period. The studio shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the session.
- Indemnity: By booking the studio, the client agrees to indemnify and hold the studio harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the studio and equipment.
